Portfolio Guide version 1.0

The portfolio is an online system that holds and displays your best work from EA. It is used as the centerpiece for explaining why you should be allowed to progress to upper division (for the benchmark portfolio) and to be allowed to graduate from EA (for the graduation portfolio). Basically, it's really important.
First and foremost, know that the portfolio system seems to work best in Safari (rather than Firefox), so if you are on a Mac, I would use Safari. If using Safari is not an option, everything will still probably work fine, but if you have the option, I would use Safari.

Also, if you are on one of the schools Mac's you can move your mouse on down to the dock (at the bottom of the screen) and click on the icon that looks like this:

Clicking this icon should automatically open Safari (which is preferred) to the portfolio website page.
Once you are on the portfolio website, you need to log in, obviously. It should look like this:

One last thing about user ID's. If you have a hyphenated last name (meaning more than one), your user ID will be firstname_lastname-lastname. So, if your name was John Smith-Jones, your user ID would be john_smith-jones.
You should now be at the Main Menu screen that looks like this:

Congratulations! You have successfully logged in! Now lets go on to step 2, the administrative tools. Go to next step
